George is a native Floridian, born in Miami. Following graduation from the University of Miami, he served with distinction as a Marine Corps Captain in South Vietnam and retired as a Colonel from the Marine Corps Reserve in 1995. He has been a licensed realtor since1968 and President of ERA South Dade Realty since 1983. His approach to real estate is a simple one: "We are in the people business, not just the real estate business." This philosophy is integral in the training of all new agents.

George demonstrates his love of the community by dedicating his free time to serving its citizens. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Baptist Health of South Florida which oversees the operations of Baptist Hospital, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital and Mariners Hospital in the Florida Keys. He has served as:

Pam is a native of California and a graduate of UCLA. After graduation, she served two years in the Peace Corps in Chile before marrying George E. Cadman III and eventually moving to Miami. She became a Realtor-Associate in 1973 and a REALTOR® in 1989. She is an owner and Financial Administrator of the company and is also in charge of the Property Management Department. Pam has been involved with various youth groups.

The son of George E. Cadman III and Pamela Cadman, George was born in Miami and graduated from Florida International University. He earned his Salesman's License in 1987 and his Broker's License in 1994. He is past President of South Miami Kiwanis Club and past Lt. Governor of Division 26. George IV continues to be involved in many volunteer activities in the community such as tutoring in the schools, participating in Horses & Handicapped and Reading is Fundamental. He is married to Jill Funk Cadman and lives in Lakes by the Bay.
